The MakR Gallery is our place to showcase community work and builds in a non-competition environment. This is an exhibition of public creativity to feature skill, techniques and passion in an open environment. There are no restrictions on size, media, format or materials. All works will be excepted* and include, but not limited to the following entry types:

• Scale Model Kits

• Scratchbuilt Models

• Dioramas

• Gaming Terrain Layouts

• Props inc 1:1 scale pieces

• Costumes

• Atrwork prints & canvases

• 3D Prints

• Sculptures

• Papercraft

• Bonzai Trees

• Cake Decorating

• And more!

The MakR Gallery can also be used to display works to attract commissions or showcase prior work for future commercial endevours.

All entries must be pre-registered to ensure adequate space is allocated and entry details displayed.

Each display piece will be displayed with the entrants name, item name and details as well as social media handles and contact details if desired.

COST

Each entry will be charged a fee of $3 and is payable online via your registration.

REGISTRATION

Entries can be registered onine via the Registration Link or done in person onsite.

ARRIVING & COLLECTING YOUR BUILDS

Exhibition items are to be brought onsite between 5pm & 8pm, Friday November 21 and between 8am & 9am, Saturday November 22.

Post event, items can be collected from 5pm - 6pm, Saunday November 23. Items cannot be removed prior to this to ensure all aspects of the event are available until the advertised event times and to ensure safety of our patrons while moving certain builds throughout the event area.
